Week 30...
***It didn't take long for Hope to start renovating! Although Tim's lean-too roof was nice, it did nothing to keep the afternoon sun and rain from the new door to her home. I am blessed the neighborhood wood-making guru, Mark, got to quick work, putting together a new plan to help.
It went up this afternoon, but not in time to save the bouquet G-Nome brought Hope. She hasn't come home yet, and they are all but toast in the blazing weather. Luckily, flowers are plentiful in the yard. He can impress her another day.
I cannot express my appreciation of my neighbor and his help in finding craftsman for Hope. I just wish he could tell me what happened to my painted rocks. He's usually eagle eyeing the neighborhood from his porch swing, but they have disappeared somehow! That dastardly squirrel Fred must have moved them.
